At Primal Strength and Composition, we’re dedicated to helping you build strength, improve body composition, and move better through evidence-based coaching that blends exercise physiology with strength training. Since 2016, we’ve supported individuals of all ages and backgrounds. We work with beginners, weekend warriors and advanced lifters with personalised face-to-face and online coaching. We focus on strength, mobility, nutrition, and sustainable progress. Our approach empowers you to gain muscle, enhance functional movement, and live with more confidence and resilience every day.
